1. Eligibility for Registration

Registration with Paavan Rishta is strictly limited to individuals who are legally eligible for marriage under the prevailing laws of India. By creating an account or using our services, the member confirms that they are of legal marriageable age and are not restricted by any legal, marital, or personal constraints. Married individuals must clearly disclose their marital status if applicable. Paavan Rishta reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel registration if eligibility criteria are found to be violated at any stage.

2. Accuracy and Authenticity of Information

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration, including personal details, photographs, family background, education, profession, and contact details, is accurate, complete, and up to date. Paavan Rishta does not take responsibility for false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by members. Any discrepancy found later may lead to suspension or permanent removal of the profile without prior notice, and no claims shall be entertained in such cases.

3. Profile Screening and Verification

Paavan Rishta may perform basic screening or verification of profiles to maintain service quality; however, this does not guarantee the complete authenticity, character, or intentions of any member. Verification does not imply endorsement or recommendation. Members are advised to independently verify all information before proceeding with communication, meetings, or matrimonial decisions. Paavan Rishta shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from reliance on profile information or member interactions.

4. Use, Privacy, and Protection of Member Data

Paavan Rishta respects the privacy of its members and uses collected personal information strictly for matchmaking and related service purposes. Member data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law or legal authorities. While reasonable security measures are taken to protect user data, Paavan Rishta cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access. Members acknowledge and accept these inherent risks associated with digital platforms.

5. Member Conduct and Personal Responsibility

All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and ethically while using Paavan Rishta services. Members are fully responsible for their communication, meetings, decisions, and outcomes arising from matches or contacts received. Paavan Rishta does not intervene in personal disputes, misunderstandings, or disagreements between members. Any actions taken after profile sharing or introductions are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the members involved.

6. No Guarantee of Match or Marriage

Paavan Rishta operates solely as a matrimonial facilitation and matchmaking service. We do not guarantee matches, engagements, marriages, or relationship success. Outcomes depend on individual preferences, compatibility, communication, and mutual decisions of the members. By using our services, members clearly understand and accept that Paavan Rishta cannot be held accountable for unsuccessful matches, delays in finding a partner, or personal dissatisfaction with results.

7. Prohibited Activities and Misuse of Services

Members must not misuse Paavan Rishta services for fraudulent, commercial, promotional, or illegal activities. Creating fake profiles, impersonation, harassment, solicitation, sharing obscene content, or using the platform for non-matrimonial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any such violation may result in immediate termination of the account without refund. Paavan Rishta also reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if misuse results in reputational or financial harm.

8. Paid Services, Fees, and Refund Policy

Certain services offered by Paavan Rishta may be paid or premium in nature. All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Payment of fees does not assure matches or marriage outcomes. Members are advised to clearly understand the service scope before making payments. Paavan Rishta shall not be liable for dissatisfaction arising from expectations beyond the defined service offerings.

9. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

Paavan Rishta reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any member account that violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, or engages in prohibited activities. Such actions may be taken without prior notice. Termination does not entitle the member to any refund or compensation. Paavan Rishta’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of acIndia. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of the use of Paavan Rishta services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within India. Members agree to resolve disputes amicably before seeking legal remedies, where possible.
