Refund Policy

Paavan Rishta provides matrimonial and matchmaking services that require dedicated time, effort, and resources to help members find suitable matches. Due to the personalized and service-based nature of our offerings, all fees paid towards registration, premium memberships, personalized matchmaking, or any other services are strictly non-refundable once the service has been activated or initiated.

Members clearly understand and agree that payment of service fees does not guarantee a match, engagement, or marriage. Dissatisfaction with matches, delay in responses, or personal preferences shall not be considered valid grounds for requesting a refund. Paavan Rishta shall not be held responsible for outcomes that depend on individual compatibility, communication, or mutual decisions between members.

However, in the event of a duplicate or excess payment made by a member due to a technical error, banking issues, or multiple transactions for the same service, Paavan Rishta will review the transaction details. Upon successful verification, the excess amount paid for the duplicate transaction will be refunded to the original mode of payment. This refund applies only to confirmed duplicate payments for the same service and does not extend to service cancellations or change of mind.

Members must report any duplicate payment issues within a reasonable time frame, along with valid transaction proof. Paavan Rishta reserves the right to verify payment records before processing any such refund. Approved refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines. By making a payment and using Paavan Rishta services, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

 

Once the refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount within 7 working days.
